About Me

Hi, I'm Janice Banks — a mama of four, designer and the heart and soul behind Janice Designs.

Design has always come naturally to me. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked in full-time roles, freelanced, run businesses and balanced it all with raising a young family. It hasn’t always been easy, but it's been incredibly rewarding.

At a pivotal point in my life, pregnant with my fourth child and juggling the needs of three young kids, I realized I needed to simplify and refocus. That’s when I chose to go all-in on what truly lights me up: designing with purpose.

For the past 8+ years, I’ve created planners, templates and printables to help women stay organized, inspired and aligned; not just in business, but in life and faith too. I also work with small businesses around the world and teach others how to design through my YouTube channel and online courses.

I believe that when we plan with purpose and make space for reflection, we grow in all the ways that truly matter.
